I founded Clark Backflow Testing in January of 2012 after realizing that there was a need for testers in the Rochester area with a quick response and attention to detail. I have been a licensed NYS backflow prevention device tester since 2004 and I pride myself on quick, reliable, accurate service. Clark Backflow Testing will ensure that your device(s) are working properly, file all necessary paperwork with the appropriate authorities, and automatically place you in the proactive scheduling program.
